Yum! And this so cute.

I know what you mean about hard to peel. I put the frozen banana on a little plate and microwave it whole for 30-60 seconds and then it is gloopy, but quick to remove - Just peel a little, aim at bowl, squeeze, and— "sploosh!" (It kinda seems like alien food? But tastes great in baked goods.)
