No I don't... I found it without the poem attribution... when I googled it, one of the lines that come after this section, "tomorrow stirs on the wet stones" also showed up as being in this article https://www.academia.edu/63850392/Addressing_Silence_and_the_Sea_Poetic_Musings_with_Pablo_Neruda except you can't read the article since it's behind a paywall.
